Booking & payment
How do I book?+
Use the “Book” button on the official site to reach the official booking page (AirHost booking engine). You can also check the latest rates and availability there.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Credit card payment is accepted (as shown on the official booking page). Payment timing follows the booking page terms.
Can I cancel?+
The cancellation policy is the one shown on the official booking page (AirHost) at the time of booking. Please review it before confirming your reservation.
Is there an official-site coupon?+
Entering the designated coupon code on the official booking page may apply a discount to eligible bookings. It may not be available depending on dates, inventory and conditions.
Check-in & check-out
What are the check-in / check-out times?+
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
How does check-in work?+
This is a self check-in property. We send entry instructions before your arrival, so you can get in smoothly on the day using the entry code / smart lock.
Is late-night arrival OK?+
With self check-in, you can enter at your arrival time following the instructions sent in advance. If you need help, use the support contact provided after booking.
Rooms & amenities
How many guests can stay?+
Up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms with one double bed and two queen beds (three beds in total).
Is there a kitchen and washing machine?+
Yes — a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, stove) and a washer/dryer. Comfortable for longer stays.
Is there Wi-Fi?+
Free Wi-Fi is available, handy for longer stays and remote work.
Is there a screen room / projector?+
Yes — a room with a projector, where you can enjoy a movie or games with family or friends after sightseeing.
Is there a private garden?+
Yes — a private garden (patio) with an outdoor table and chairs.
Location, neighborhood & house rules
Is there parking?+
There is no dedicated parking. If you come by car, please use a nearby coin parking lot.
Anything to keep in mind for the neighborhood?+
This is a whole-house rental in a quiet residential area. Please avoid parties, events and loud noise, sort your rubbish and keep your stay quiet.
Is smoking allowed?+
The entire house is non-smoking. Please also refrain from wearing outdoor shoes indoors.
